2. If coming from a faraway place, take the appointment a day prior to visiting the doctor.
3. Inform the doctor without fail if you need to cancel the appointment because of any unforeseen reasons
4. Jot down on a paper/diary all your symptoms/complaints
5. Do remember to carry your investigation reports, scan, Xray reports (Arranged in a chronological order)
6. Note down the diet guidelines advised by the doctor
